Priority Power Acquires Solar Business of Affordable Gas

Priority Power Management, an of energy optimization and infrastructure firm providing smart energy services and transitions to carbon neutrality, has acquired the energy procurement, consulting and solar development business of Affordable Gas & Electric Co. LLC.

The transaction expands PPM’s footprint across the midwest and enhances the firm’s solar development business. AGE’s services provide for hundreds of municipalities, chambers of commerce, businesses and industrial clients.
